Beach Body and Shaun T. have done it again, they have gone and created a completely new insane workout for all you people who wants results. If you have tried P90x then you must try this workout.

Shaun T. new workout will push you to your limits. 60 days of pure insane training and pain. One hour a day is all it takes. Sounds extreme? Well it is.

This workout doesn't require any weights or equipment, it has been entirely designed to be used in the comfort of you own home. The workouts uses a combination of cardio training, interval training and your own body weight for resistance training.

You be doing star jumps, push ups, sit ups, jumps, high knees and just some insane crazy moves, excuse the word insane, but once you seen it you will agree. I have only watch just the Plyometric Cardio circuit DVD and I was exhausted just watching.
