The basic principal behind Zumba is cardio and resistance training and having fun of course. It works out all parts of your body.
The DVDs will also go through slowly and teach you the moves like any fitness program or session you been to, fortunately for me, as I really do have 2 left feet!!!
The DVDs are also available in different intensity, from beginners, intermediate to advance, depending on your fitness choose the level you at. This is definitely in category of lower intensity workouts compare to previous reviews I have made including P90X and Shawn T. Insanity Program.
This is something I recommend for alot of friends who looking for a real and fun fitness program.
