Jillian Michaels Body Revolution is taking the fitness world by stor.

Rockin Abs Reviews
The Rockin Abs is the latest abs machines that is been advertised on tv.
The Rockin Abs works similar to most ab machines which can isolate and target the upper, middle and lower abdominal muscles, and at the same time support both your back and neck muscles.
What makes Rockin Abs slightly different is the whole machine will move, i.e. rock on each sit up motion. This enables you to do a large range of abdominal exercises which can include the jacknife, double crunches and oblique twists. In saying this, it is still pretty hard to do these exercises, just less strains on the back and neck areas.
The Rockin Abs can also be converted in to a pilates machines with a simple adjustment on the machine. Basically this stabablises the machine into one machine in which you can attempt a variety of pilates type exercise.
Included in the Rockin Abs pack is a workout dvd which will help and show a variety of abdominal and pilates exercises.
This machine can make a great compliment to any fitness routine and healthy diet to help achieve your weight loss and body shaping goals.

Zumba Fitness Review
Zumba Fitness has taken the world by storm. Zumba is based around the steps of Cha Cha, Meringue, Mambo, Salsa, and the Calypso. Zumba is all about moving, dancing and having fun.
The basic principal behind Zumba is cardio and resistance training and having fun of course. It works out all parts of your body.
The DVDs will also go through slowly and teach you the moves like any fitness program or session you been to, fortunately for me, as I really do have 2 left feet!!!
The DVDs are also available in different intensity, from beginners, intermediate to advance, depending on your fitness choose the level you at. This is definitely in category of lower intensity workouts compare to previous reviews I have made including P90X and Shawn T. Insanity Program.
This is something I recommend for alot of friends who looking for a real and fun fitness program.
